Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. For shipping outside these countries, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 0-1 business day to process it for delivery. Standard shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 3-4 business days

Orders placed before 11am (EST) will typically ship the same day. You can select fast shipping options during checkout.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and expected delivery date. You can also track your order from the “order history” section on your account page on our website. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email info@eluxbay.shop for assistance.

What if I’m not home?

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be scheduled, or the delivery partner will reach out to arrange a new delivery date. You may also need to visit your local post office to collect your package if it cannot be delivered to you.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

For international deliveries, including those in Europe, customs taxes may apply. Our delivery partner will handle clearance and invoice you for any duties and taxes linked to your order. For more information, please refer to the website of the delivery partner handling your delivery.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store.
  • The item shouldn’t have been used in any way.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The return is made within 30 days of the return or exchange request.

Are returns free?

Returns within the US are free. You can refer to the delivery paper included in your package to organize your return. Returns from outside the US are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact our support agents for more details.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 30 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 30 days after the return is accepted.
